1. The marketplace

Drive Digital lists media and marketing options with indicative starting rates. Listings are informational; no booking is confirmed until availability and final rates are approved in writing by both parties.

2. Pricing & payment

Displayed rates are indicative and subject to confirmation. Final quotes are consolidated and GST-compliant. Payment terms are specified in each approved plan.

3. Content standards

We do not accept adult content, gambling promotion, political campaigning, negative coverage targeting individuals or companies, or weapons-related content. All submissions pass editorial review, and publications retain final editorial discretion.

4. Delivery & reporting

Timelines are confirmed per plan. Campaigns close with a coverage report containing available proof links and metrics. Third-party platform metrics are reported as provided by those platforms.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drive Digital's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan having exclusive jurisdiction.
